How to use

Apply morning and/or evening to the bust and decollete.

Breast Exercises

•  Massage your breasts making a figure of eight and alternating between right hand/left breast and left hand/right breast. Repeat the movement until the product is absorbed.
• Apply the bust concentrate to your decollete from one shoulder to the other, all the way up to the neck.
• With your back straight, put the palms of your hands together at the level of the sternum, arms horizontal. Press your hands firmly against one another to contract your pectoral. Do two sets of 30-50 presses every day.
